My Approach: Helping Others Build Success

Mr. Patrick McGovern, founder of International Data Group, a $3 billion company has this to say about helping others succeed…

The key to any business success is making someone else successful, so always look for ways you can help other people succeed.”

I am a big believer in building relationships by helping others with no expectation of return, and that is the foundation of my business. I know how worried you can be when you aren't sure how you'll manage your retirement. So my business helps people who want to start an online business that will help them accomplish their dreams. A business that creates a reality for them that they never expected to have -- one gains them time, location, and financial freedom. One that makes them feel healthy, wealthy, happy, and wise.

Unfortunately, this world fosters a quid pro quo attitude: you do for me and I’ll do for you.  While there is nothing wrong in reciprocating a good deed or a favor, there is a fundamental problem with waiting for others to go first before helping others.

People tend to adopt the attitude, “When, and if, you do for me, I’ll do for you.” This is reactive, not proactive.  When you come from this scarcity mentality, you focus more on holding on to what you have, rather than helping others – and yourself – get more of what you dream about.

On the other hand, helping with no expectation of return comes from a proactive, abundance mentality.  You are acknowledging the abundance of the universe and showing that the good you do will benefit others close to you and the world at large -- that good things will come back to you. You will find that the more you give and help others, the more you receive; often from unlikely sources.

The best reason for giving and helping is the basic joy of making a difference in other people’s lives.  Do that and the rest will take care of itself. When you help others with no expectation of return you live a good life and build strong relationships that help you through difficult times.

I choose abundance.  I agree with Winston Churchill who once said, “We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.”

The common sense point here is simple.  Go ahead. Pay it forward.  Do what you can to help other people and you’ll build strong relationships that will help you become a personal and professional success and live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Please leave a comment sharing your thoughts.  If you have positive experiences about good deeds repaid to you in an unlikely manner, tell us about it.  As always, thanks for reading.

Sincerely,
Sandi

How I Got Here!

I recently retired after 46 years of service in the education field. During those years, I was able to move from classroom teacher to program administrator to teacher trainer. What a glorious career. I enjoyed my years working as an educator and was able to accomplish much of what I wanted…but it was time to change my routine. It was time to retire.

After a few short weeks in retirement, I actually began to miss the hustle and bustle of my workday.

But what I enjoyed MORE was the time freedom retirement offered. I was free to do whatever my heart desires. It was a new feeling for me after working for 46 years and raising 4 children of my own. But time freedom was truly wonderful.

After calmly reflecting on the past years, I began to work on setting new goals for the future. What’s next?

Well, there are all the things I'd been working for...the traveling to exotic places, adventures into new endeavors, following of my passions, and such. Now was the time.

I began by researching some travel spots I’d always dreamt about.  But the more I researched, the more downhearted I became. There was no way I could do these things NOW...I was on a fixed income for the first time in my life.

Even though my retirement income was sufficient for my husband and me to live comfortably, that is, as long as we were frugal, stayed healthy, and nothing unexpected happened.

I had to find a way to secure my future...

So, I began looking into ways to earn some additional income, without leaving home. Because I didn't want to lose the one thing I enjoyed most about retirement...time freedom.

Since I only wanted to put in a few work hours per week, it finally occurred to me that I needed an online business.

One day, I ran across this video about MOBE (My Own Business Education). MOBE caught my eye because they offered, not only the ability to make good money from home while working only a few hours a week, but they also provided...

1. A step-by-step way to do this,
2. A "live" personal coach to assist me with every step, and
3. The best training program I'd seen in a long time.

I was very impressed with the training program that comes with the MOBE program because it uses some of the best teaching and learning practices I know, especially the having access to a "live" personal coach.

Even though I was still somewhat skeptical about an online business, I was anxious to get started and purchased the MOBE program immediately for just a few dollars.  Besides, it was totally risk-free, with a full 30-day, money-back guarantee. I really had nothing to lose.

I received the 21-step training program and access to a "live" coach, who contacted me right away. A training schedule was set up that quickly moved me on to building a successful online business.

I've learned so much about business, financing, marketing, and customer service...invaluable information that is more than worth the small investment.

I completed the 21-step training program, and am now working hard to build my business. I am beginning to see rewards from my business, and can actually see tremendous possibilities opening up that I never believed could exist for me.

Trust me, starting an online business does require a real commitment. Especially if, like me, you are new to online marketing with little experience with computer technology. In addition to learning how to use technology, I learned to change my mindset from thinking like an employee to thinking like a business owner. So, there was much to learn.

I followed all of the coaches’ recommendations and trusted the process they showed me.  I developed my business using a slow and steady process that was easy to successfully manage. It was surprising how they made such a confusing process so easy!

So, if you find yourself in a place where you are retired or planning to retire but are AFRAID your retirement income will not be enough to secure your future; then don't be afraid to re-invent yourself. It is never too late for you to create a secure and happy future.

For me, I needed to secure my financial future, and MOBE has helped me to that.

So, seek out whatever you need to be happy in your retirement. You deserve to have your most cherished dreams.

If you want to learn more about, MOBE, the program I used to help secure my freedom, then click the link below.

MOBE CAN help provide you with enough additional income to...

  • keep you in your current lifestyle,
  • provide for unexpected health issues,
  • allow travel to exotic places,
  • visit family and friends more often,
  • explore new ventures and make new friends,
  • enjoy luxuries you only dream of, and
  • pursue your deepest passions.

So, why not live a more exciting and fulfilling retired life? This is an opportunity you don't want to pass by.

As always thanks for reading.
Sandi
